Engage, act & sustain actions over time.
Our approach
Within the Keit Group, CSR policy and sustainable development are key commitments.
Aware of the challenges of the textile industry and their polluting impact, we commit ourselves to rethinking every step of our process, from the selection of raw materials to manufacturing, logistics and end-of-life products.

Act with meaning, for sustainable and responsible growth.

To structure our approach, we have set up a CSR committee within the Keit Group. This committee plays a key role in the evolution of our practices, initiating and piloting concrete actions, both internally – to raise awareness and involve our teams – and externally – to act as a responsible company with our partners and our ecosystem. I went back to that paragraph.
The codesign in the heart of a sustainable and timeless fashion.
We believe that responsible design is the key to authentic sustainable development.
Designing uniforms is not just about dressing: it's about imagining outfits from an ecodesign approach, thinking about going through time without getting out of fashion, to reduce overconsumption and environmental impact.
This is why we prefer timeless and elegant designs, able to adapt to trends without ever losing relevance. Each detail is studied in a logic of ecodesign: rigorous selection of materials, optimization of cuts, durability of finishes.
We design and make custom-made uniforms with a strong responsibility: limit our environmental impact while ensuring quality, comfort and durability.
Towards a more responsible sourcing
Partnerships over 15 years with our suppliers. (EUROMED)
We carefully select our suppliers, focusing on committed actors who share our ethical and environmental values, in order to build sustainable and responsible collaborations. An approach based on rigorous selection with a focus on:
Recycled and/or organic fibres MatiCertified eras(GOTS, OEKO-TEX, GRS, etc.) Suppliers committedes

A committed and ethical production
EUROMED & China production with historical partners
We collaborate with a network of certified factories, where each piece comes to life in expert hands, respecting traditions and know-how.
Beyond quality and logistical efficiency, we choose our partners for what they embody: human values, irreproachable ethics and a sincere commitment to sustainable practices.
Each factory with which we work adheres to international standards of craftsmanship, social responsibility and respect for working conditions, thus ensuring that we produce up to our convictions.

Create with passion, innovate with conscience, commit to a sustainable future.
THE ACCELERATION OF OUR ECOLOGICAL TRANSITION, A COMMITMENT PORTED BY ALL.
At Keit Group, our commitment to societal responsibility is not limited to our products or partners: it starts internally, at the heart of our company, with our employees.
Concrete actions
Keit Group, an EcoVadis Silver label
We have been evaluating our CSR performance over the past 7 years through EcoVadis, a leading global CSR analysis platform for international supply chains through 4 main axes:
Environment
We have been proud for 7 years to be classified as EcoVadis Silver, which concerns only 15% of the companies labeled. Every day we improve in order to achieve our next goal: the label EcoVadis Gold.
Carbon-action
We are supported by the BPI in carrying out our carbon balance and in setting up an action plan to reduce our carbon footprint and our ecological transition.
Concrete and achievable objectives:
Reduce our energy consumption Rreduce ddependency fossil fuels ⋅ Maitriser notre dCarbon footprint ⋅ Sensibiliser encore plus nos collaborateurs
Recycling & circulatory & valorisation
We believe that a garment should never become a waste. Behind every fabric, there are resources, know-how, history.
This is why we accompany our clients in two complementary steps:
– The second life, which consists of extending the use of uniforms when they are still in good condition. They may be reattributed, given or carried forward by another carrier.
– Textile valuation, which intervenes when the parts can no longer be worn. In partnership with Minot, a French textile valuation firm, uniforms are then transformed by recycling (frosting and making felt), upcycling (transformation into new products).
